WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
Orders are charged immediately upon checkout.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We ship mostly at the beginning and at the end of the week.
Once shipped, the delivery usually takes 2–3 days within Germany.
EU and Europe can take up to 7 business days.
The rest of the world can take, currently, up to 25 days (bummer).
You will receive an email from us confirming that your
order has been shipped to your inbox.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES?
For the following countries, the applicable import
and custom fees are included in the final product price:
Germany, EU countries.
For all other countries, the recipient is responsible for all import fees,
custom taxes, and local taxes imposed by the country where the shipment is made.
The payment of these taxes is required in order to relieve the order
from custom charges. We cannot predict what the amount to pay for taxes
and customs will be, therefore we ask that you check before making an order.
Your shipping costs are already included in the total of your final order.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We have a 14 days return policy. Return shipping must be covered by the sender.
All pre-sale products, custom artwork works and artwork can not be
returned and purchases are final.
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing to be eligible for a return.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your purchase upon arrival and notify us as soon as possible if an item is broken, damaged, or you receive the incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and find a solution.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been received by our warehouse and complies
with our return policy, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
Please be aware that returned payments can take up to 7 working days to become effective in your PayPal account. Returned items will be refunded, excluding the original cost of shipping.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS / EXCEPTIONS / Pre-Order / Faulty Goods
You can cancel your pre-order within 48h because we understand life happens and budgets can change. If you need to adjust your size, you can do so within the pre-order period, but once it closes, the size is locked in.
Production and shipping for pre-orders usually take 3–4 weeks after the pre-order period ends. These are estimates and can vary, especially around the holidays.
